Per Flyertalk there is a new 70,000 Ultimate Rewards point offer for the Chase Ink Plus credit card if you apply in a Chase branch. This is an amazing deal and currently 20,000 points higher than the best online offer. The spending requirement is the same as previous offers and you will have to spend $5,000 within the first three months.
If you’ve been thinking of applying for a Chase Ink Plus card now is a great time to grab it with the increased offer and head into your local Chase branch to do so.

The new 70,000 points offer does not have a waived annual fee, but you are earning an extra 20,000 points for paying the $95 annual fee. I consider Ultimate Rewards points to be valued at 2+ cents each, so your essentially getting $400 worth of travel for the cost of the annual fee.
Just over a month ago the Chase Ink Plus and Bold card were offering 60,000 bonus points after spending $5,000 within three months. The new 70,000 point offer is the highest offer I have seen on this card and the best deal yet even considering the non-waived annual fee.
If you have recently signed up for a Chase Ink Plus credit card you can see if Chase will match the current best offer by sending a secure message to Chase. Generally Chase is very lenient in matching a higher welcome bonus offer within three months of applying for a credit card. There are also reports of folks successfully secure messaging Chase to get an extra 10,000 points on top of the 60,000 point offer.

Never had Chase Ink or Bold…am overseas now so can not go to branch.
Do you think it will work if I apply online for the regular 50k offer
and then contact them for the additional 20k bonus? thanks.
Phiota, there is not guarantee that Chase will match the offer, but people have been reporting that they have had success doing so on Flyertalk, Stay tuned into that threat to see what people are reporting. I too an over seas and cannot apply within a branch at the moment and wouldn’t mind going for another Ink card.
Do you need to be a business owner to get this card?
runkga, you can apply for a business card using your SSN and declare you business as a sole proprietorship. Even selling goods on ebay or doing consulting can easily count as a business.
