The biggest event of the year in music, film and interactive media is coming up in a few short weeks at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. If you have already made plans to attend, but haven’t purchased a plane ticket, you might be worried about the cost of flights. This year, American Airlines is the official airline sponsor for SXSW and they are offering a special half-off promotion on airfare arriving into Austin during the event. If you’re planning on traveling to Austin, make sure to jump on this deal.

The promo code is: 6533EH

This is the best deal available especially for a last-minute deal for a major event. Other airlines are charging at least $600 from Los Angeles to Austin, but the round trip cost for using the AA promo is only $380. Not bad.

Be sure to book your flight around the events you purchased a pass for. If you are coming in as an out-of-town volunteer, be sure to book your flight around the events you are working!

Festival Schedule
Interactive: March 8–12
