Over the weekend I created an infographic that compares all of the major hotel chain's award charts. I figure it's better to have this information summed up on one chart since the URL's of some award charts are always changing and hard to dig up when you need them the most. I'll keep the infographic updated as changes and devaluations occur within the different programs and you'll be able to find it on the sidebar.

Within the chart I’ve compiled all major hotel award charts with a breakdown of each hotel category by color.

The Hotel Award Chart Comparison should be an quick way to compare how many points are needed per night for each category at different properties and to compare relative amounts of points needed for award nights between each hotel program. That said, I also included the approximate value per point of each hotel point to give an idea of value redemptions (let me know if you think they are accurate!).

Ultimately I would like to include the approximate value per point at each category level for each hotel program. This could show all the sweet spots on each programs hotel chart (let me know if you have any info or would be willing to put some numbers together!)

You can find the Hotel Award Chart Comparison on the sidebar and through the Travel Resources tab on the menu, and as always feel free to save it or print it out. These take a bit of time to put together, so you like it consider sharing it!

Look for some more infographics to come out soon and updated airline award chart comparisons!
