I wrote yesterday on the new IHG PointBreaks list that will be coming out on Monday and now the full preview list of all hotels is live.

The new PointBreaks list is valid for stays between October 31st, 2016 through January 31st, 2017.

The current list of PointBreaks hotels will be updated and bookable sometime on Monday October 31, 2016.

If you plan on making a reservation be sure to check back early on Monday to book before they are gone!

Stay at the Holiday Inn Hamburg for only 5,000 points!

If you are new to IHG PointBreaks, here is a quick review:

  • All hotels featured on the current PointBreaks list are bookable for 5,000 points per night.
  • There is limited availability for each hotel, once it’s gone it’s gone.
  • Each IHG member is limited to two PointBreaks bookings per hotel (each stay can however be as long as you want, given availability).
  • Hotels can be booked up quickly, be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible (you can always cancel later).
  • Unfortunately, if you book and cancel the availability is not released back into the PointBreaks promotion.

You can find the full preview list on the IHG blog here.

Chase Sapphire Preferred Credit Card

Quick review: You'll earn 60,000 bonus points after spending $4,000 within the first 3 months of signing up. Plus continue to earn 2X points on travel and dining. The card does have a $95 annual fee.

Why we like it: For anyone new to travel rewards credit cards, this card is the best place to start. With a modest annual fee you still earn 2X points on travel and dining. You earn Chase Ultimate Rewards points that are extra valuable when you transfer them to transfer partners. Not to mention the 60,000 bonus point welcome bonus gets you off to a great start on earning free flights and hotel stays.
