As I recently was approved for the Chase Sapphire Reserve I have yet received my Priority Pass membership card in the mail.
The Priority Pass that comes with the card gets yourself, plus your travel partners access to roughly 900+ airport lounges around the world.

Chase Sapphire Reserve’s Airport Lounge Benefit
The Chase Sapphire Reserve card offers a travel benefit of complimentary airport lounge access. This benefit comes in the form of a Priority Pass Select membership which gives yourself, plus unlimited travel guests, access to any of the 900+ airport lounges in Priority Pass’s network.
The unlimited free travel guest access is a major perk if you are traveling with a group or family, however this rule seems to vary between lounges and it seems that it is ultimately up to the lounges discretion based on capacity, etc.

Remember to Enroll & Request Priority Pass Card
Although the Priority Pass membership is an included benefit for all Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders, you will still need to enroll and request your membership card that gets you access to the lounges.
You can request your Priority Pass Select card to be mailed to you by either calling in on the phone at 1-800-436-7970 or also online through your Ultimate rewards portal.
Once you have requested your membership card it says should take 3-4 weeks to receive it, however I’ve frequently received it sooner on other cards which also offers a Priority Pass membership, such as the Amex Hilton Surpass which I also applied for earlier this year.
Get Two Incidental Lounge Fees Waived Every 12 Months
I was able to confirm with a Chase Sapphire Reserve customer service representative that Chase is offering to cover two incidental lounge access fees at Priority Pass lounges if you are waiting to receive your membership card.
However, it gets better than that. It appears that this is an unpublished benefit of the card, which means you can receive a statement credit for up to two Priority Pass lounge access fees per 12 months.
The lounge must be within the Priority Pass lounge network, so basically any of the 900+ lounges listed on the Priority Pass website. You do have to pay for the lounge access with your Sapphire Reserve card and you will have to call in and request a credit after the charge posts.
This permanent benefits that comes with the Chase Sapphire Reserve card and applies for as long as you keep your card open. I could see this being could be useful if you and possibly extend past the first year.
The purpose of this is to allow you to enter a Priority Pass lounge if you are waiting to receive your physical membership card or if you are traveling and forgot to bring along your Priority Pass membership card.

Thanks for this post. For what it’s worth, a Chase representative told me that these incidental fees can be up to $250 per fee. Unsure how you would get the fee up to $250, besides bringing five guests in with you (at a cost of $40 per person), but good to know nonetheless.
Yea, I did this as well by booking with LoungeBuddy. Was super easy (both with booking @ LoungeBuddy and talking to Chase).
