American Express just just increased higher welcome bonuses on two popular everyday spending credit cards. Both offers are public and can be seen using an incognito or private browsing window.

This is an extra $100 over the normal welcome bonus amount making it a great time to apply for the card if you have been considering it for the 6% cash back benefit. Remember that Amex has a one bonus earned per card rule so if you have ever has this card in the past you may not quality for the welcome bonus.
